This group meets once a year to make grants to undergraduate students from Brecknockshire attending or about to attend the University of Wales, Cardiff.

The Environment Agency consults the committee on matters substantially affecting the navigation and use of the rivers Wye and Lugg. It meets at least twice a year. The next meeting is on 8 November.
