THAT the amounts contained in paragraph 3.1 above be accepted by the Council for the year 2022/2023 in accordance with Sections 32 to 36 of the Local Government Finance Act, 1992.

[To set the Council Tax for Powys County Council at Â£1364.68 for a Band D property, which equates to a 4.8% increase]

THAT, the Council in accordance with Section 30 (2) of the Local Government Finance Act, 1992, hereby sets the amounts contained in paragraph 3.3 as the amounts of Council Tax for the year 2020/2021 for each of the categories of dwellings shown.
